ScopeVera compares two repair estimate PDFs for the same property loss. This policy explains how we handle your uploaded files and order information.
What We Collect
When you submit an order, we may collect your name, company name, email address, selected report tier, and two uploaded estimate PDF files.
Your PDFs may include claim numbers, property addresses, insured names, carrier information, contractor information, pricing, quantities, line items, and other loss-related details.
How We Use Your Files
Your uploaded estimate PDFs are used only to prepare your ScopeVera comparison report, communicate with you about your order, deliver the completed report, and process payment after completion.
ScopeVera does not sell your files, publish your documents, or share your estimate files with other customers.
File Deletion
Uploaded estimates and completed reports are deleted from active records 7 days after report delivery.
You may request earlier deletion by contacting Reports@ScopeVera.claims.
Third-Party Tools
ScopeVera may use trusted third-party tools for website hosting, file upload, email, payment processing, PDF processing, and customer communication.
These tools may process information only as needed to operate the service.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect uploaded files and customer information. No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your Authorization
By uploading estimate files, you confirm that you are authorized to submit those documents to ScopeVera for comparison.
